Creative Business Finance, LLC was established in May 2008 with the goal of assisting business owners in acquiring financing for equipment, trucks, software, commercial real estate, and working capital. They aim to provide financing solutions with less stringent credit restrictions and documentation requirements than traditional banks.

They consider the overall financial picture and listen to the borrower's story to assess creditworthiness. They offer business financing and equipment leasing in all 50 United States. Additionally, they aim to support business bankers by offering a financing resource for customers who may have been declined due to credit, collateral, or capacity issues.

Steve Felt, the Managing Director, has been in the residential and commercial finance industry since 1999, assisting people with financing for residential investment property, commercial real estate, business financing, equipment leasing, and working capital.
